Das Schicksal der replisome nach einer Kollision mit einem Kopf-an-RNA-Polymerase (RNAP) ist unbekannt. Wir finden, dass die replisome Stände beim Zusammenstoß mit einem Kopf-an RNAP, sondern nimmt Dehnung nach Verschieben der RNAP von DNA. Mfd fördert die Replikation starten durch Erleichterung der Verschiebung der RNAP nach der Kollision.
