Värdcellens faktorer spelar en avgörande roll i skapandet och upprätthållandet av Kaposis sarkom (KS). Vi kontur metoder för att identifiera faktorer värdcellen ändras hos KSHV-infekterade DMVEC celler, och i KS tumörvävnad.
