Objectieve beoordeling van de fysiologische mechanismen die ondersteuning bieden voor spraak nodig zijn om de ziekte ontstaan en de progressie bij personen met ALS te monitoren en effecten van de behandeling te kwantificeren in klinische studies. In deze video, presenteren wij een uitgebreide, instrumentatie-gebaseerd protocol voor het kwantificeren van spraak motorische prestatie in klinische populaties.
