Dit artikel beschrijft een eenvoudige techniek om allogeen-specifieke anergie induceren in humane perifere bloed mononucleaire cellen. De techniek kan klinisch worden toegepast op niet-alloreactieve donorcellen te genereren. Infusie van deze cellen zou kunnen verbeteren immuun reconstitutie en vermindering van toxiciteit na allogene hematopoietische stamceltransplantatie.
