De neuromusculaire junctie (NMJ) van<em> Drosophila melanogaster</em> Is een belangrijk model voor het bestuderen van een normale synaptische functie en storingen aan synaptische functie vinden in bepaalde neurologische aandoeningen. We presenteren een protocol voor dissectie van de<em> Drosophila</em> Larvale motoriek en immunokleuring voor actieve zone eiwitten binnen de NMJ.
