Wordt het gebruik van een constante kracht axiaal optische pincetten om de mechanische eigenschappen van korte DNA moleculen te verkennen. Door stretching DNA axiaal, minimaliseren we sterische hindernissen en artefacten die in conventionele laterale manipulatie, waardoor we DNA-moleculen te bestuderen zo kort ~ 100 nm.
