Ein 3D-Kultur für Hämatopoese wird unter Verwendung von humanem Nabelschnurblut und leukämischen Knochenmarkszellen. Verfahren basiert auf der Verwendung eines porösen, synthetischen Polyurethan Gerüst mit Proteinen der extrazellulären Matrix beschichtet ist. Dieses Gerüst ist anpassbar an eine Vielzahl von Zellen aufnehmen.
