Time-lapse microscopie van fluorescent gelabelde autofagie markers zorgt voor de opvolging van de dynamische autofagie respons met een hoge temporele resolutie. Met specifieke autofagie en organel markers in een combinatie van 3 verschillende kleuren, kunnen we de bijdrage van een eiwit autophagosome vorming in een robuuste ruimtelijke en temporele context volgen.
