Wij rapporteren een inrichting en een nieuwe werkwijze om cellen en embryo bestuderen. Enkele cellen worden nauwkeurig gerangschikt in microcavity arrays. Hun 3D opsluiting is een stap in de richting 3D-omgevingen aangetroffen in fysiologische omstandigheden en maakt het organel oriëntatie. Door het regelen van celvorm, deze opstelling minimaliseert variatie gerapporteerd in standaardtesten.
