Nestin-udtrykkende progenitorer er en nyligt identificerede population af neuronale stamceller i det udviklende cerebellum. Ved hjælp af mikrodissektion teknik præsenteres her i kombination med fluorescerende cellesortering, kan denne cellepopulation oprenses uden kontaminering fra andre cerebellare regioner og kan dyrkes til yderligere undersøgelser.
