-Nestin uiten voorouders zijn een nieuw geïdentificeerde populatie van neurale voorlopercellen in de zich ontwikkelende cerebellum. De microdissectie techniek hier gepresenteerd in combinatie met fluorescentie-geactiveerde celsortering, kan deze celpopulatie worden gezuiverd zonder contaminatie met andere cerebellaire regio's en kunnen worden gekweekt voor verdere studies.
