Dit protocol beschrijft hoe functionele sinus nodale weefsel van muizen pluripotente stamcellen (PSC) te produceren. T-Box3 (TBX3) overexpressie plus hartmyosine-zware-keten (Myh6) promotor antibiotische selectie leidt tot zeer zuivere cel pacemaker aggregaten. Deze "Induced-sinoatriale-lichamen" ("iSABs") bevatten meer dan 80% pacemaker cellen, vertonen een zeer verhoogde kloppend tarieven en zijn in staat om myocard ex vivo tempo.
