Trabeculaire netwerk (TM) migratie in het kanaal van Schlemm ruimte kan worden geïnduceerd door acute drukverhoging door ophthalmodynamometer en geobserveerd door spectrale domein optische coherentie tomografie. Het doel van deze methode is het morfometrisch reactie van de levende uitstroomkanaal acute drukverhoging in levend weefsel in situ gekwantificeerd.
