Dette manuskript beskriver produktion, karakterisering og potentielle anvendelser af et manipuleret væv 3D esophageal konstruktion fremstillet af normal primære humane esophageal fibroblast og pladeepitelceller podet i en de-cellularized porcint stillads. Resultaterne demonstrerer dannelsen af et modent stratificeret epitel ligner den normale menneskelige spiserøret.
