Kromatin immunofældning er en kraftfuld teknik til identifikation af DNA-bindingssteder fra Arabidopsis proteiner in vivo. Denne procedure omfatter chromatin tværbinding og fragmentering, immunfældning med selektive antistoffer mod proteinet af interesse og qPCR analyse af bundne DNA.
