Dans ce manuscrit, nous décrivons la perfusion hépatique isolée percutanée avec chimiofiltration simultanée en tant que traitement des métastases hépatiques non résécables. Cette procédure est réalisée sous anesthésie générale dans le angiosuite par une équipe expérimentée, composée d'un radiologue interventionnel, un perfusionniste clinique et anesthésiologiste.
