Humane pluripotente stamceller (hPSCs) har den iboende evne til at differentiere og selv-organisere sig i forskellige væv mønstre; selvom dette kræver præsentation af rumlige miljømæssige gradienter. Vi præsenterer stencil micropatterning som en enkel og robust metode til at generere biokemiske og mekaniske gradienter til styring hPSC differentieringsmønstre.
