We beschrijven een high-throughput, multiplex en gerichte proteomische cerebrospinale vloeistof (CSF) test ontwikkeld met potentieel voor klinische toepassing. De test kan kwantificeren potentiële markers en risicofactoren voor neurodegeneratie zoals de apolipoproteïne E varianten (E2, E3 en E4), en de allelische expressie te meten.
