Vi beskriver en standard antistof farvningsprotokollen til anvendelse i mikroskopi for at bestemme membranen ekspression og lokalisering af gangliosider i hvilende og aktiverede humane naive CD4 + T-celler. Også beskrevet er real-time PCR eksperimenter med <40.000 celler, som ikke kræver yderligere lave input RNA kits.
