نحن هنا وصف بروتوكول يهدف إلى التعرف على تأثير الربط الشاذة على مقاومة الأدوية في الأورام الصلبة والأورام الخبيثة الدموية. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، قمنا بتحليل الشخصية transcriptomic نماذج الوالدين والمقاومة في المختبر من خلال الحمض النووي الريبي يليها، وأنشأ طريقة تقوم QRT-PCR للتحقق من صحة الجينات المرشحة.
