Hier beschrijven we een protocol gericht op onderzoek naar de gevolgen van afwijkende splicing op resistentie in solide tumoren en hematologische maligniteiten. Om dit doel te bereiken, analyseerden we het transcriptoom profielen van de ouders en bestand in vitro modellen door middel van RNA-seq en vestigde een qRT-PCR-methode om kandidaatgenen te valideren.
