Wir entwickelten zwei Sätze von Kombinationen in Rosa26 tdTomato Tracing (ubiquitär in allen Zellen exprimiert) / Cre (insbesondere in Chondrozyten exprimiert) Mäuse: eine mit 2.3Col1a1-GFP (spezifisch für Osteoblasten) und eine mit Immunofluoreszenz (spezifisch für Knochenzellen). Die Daten zeigen die direkte Umwandlung von Chondrozyten in Knochenzellen.
