פיתחנו שני סטים של התחקות ושילובים tdTomato Rosa26 (הביע בכל מקום בגוף בכל התאים) / Cre (לידי ביטוי במיוחד chondrocytes) עכברים: אחד עם 2.3Col1a1-GFP (ספציפית אוסטאובלסטים) ואחד עם immunofluorescence (ספציפית תאי עצם). הנתונים ממחישים את השינוי הישיר של כונדרוציטים לתוך תאי עצם.
