Vi utviklet to sett med sporing kombinasjoner i Rosa26 tdtomato (overalt uttrykt i alle celler) / Cre (spesielt uttrykt i chondrocytes) mus: en med 2.3Col1a1-GFP (spesifikke for osteoblaster) og ett med immunfluorescens (spesifikke for beinceller). Dataene viser den direkte transformasjon av kondrocytter inn i beinceller.
