Vi presenterer i denne studien en ny fluorescens-baserte analysen ved hjelp av lymfocytter avledet fra en transgen mus. Denne analysen er egnet for high-throughput screening (HTS) av små molekyler utrustet med evnen til enten å inhibere eller fremme lymfocyttaktivering.
