Vi presenterar i den aktuella studien en ny fluorescensbaserad analys med användning av lymfocyter härledda från en transgen mus. Denna analys är lämplig för high-throughput screening (HTS) av små molekyler utrustade med egenskap av antingen inhibering eller främjande av lymfocytaktivering.
