Denne protokollen beskriver en metode for å bilde bosatt svulst-infiltrere CD8 T celler merket med fluorescently kombinert antistoffer i menneskelig lunge svulst skiver. Denne teknikken tillater sanntid analyser av CD8 T celle overføring ved hjelp av AC confocal mikroskopi.
