Dette arbejde demonstrerer en ny tilgang til vurdering af proliferation, differentiering og fartøjsdannende potentiale af vaskulære endotelceller (VESC'er) gennem brystfedtpudstransplantation efterfulgt af helbårne vævsblandinger til mikroskopisk observation. En linjesporingstrategi til undersøgelse af VESCs adfærd in vivo præsenteres også.
