Influenza A-Viren (IAVs) sind wichtige Humanpathogene Atemwege. Die Pathogenität von IAVs verstehen und neuartigen Impfstoff präklinischen Erprobung durchführen, sind Tiermodelle imitiert menschliche Physiologie erforderlich. Hier beschreiben wir Techniken zur Bewertung IAV Pathogenese, humorale Reaktionen und Wirksamkeit des Impfstoffes mit einem Maus-Modell der Infektion.
