Vi præsenterer en in vitro- model, som giver mulighed for undersøgelse og analyse af koagulation i hele, ikke-antikoaguleret blod. Antikoagulation i systemet afhænger af den naturlige antikoagulation effekt af sunde endotelceller og endotel celle aktivering vil resultere i koagulation.
