Uoverensstemmelser i menneskelig leukocytter antigen (HLA) sekvenser mellom organtransplantasjon og mottaker parene er den viktigste årsaken til antistoff-mediert avvisning i organtransplantasjon. Her presenterer vi bruk av egendefinerte antigen matriser som er basert på individuelle givere HLA sekvenser å undersøke anti-giver HLA alloantibodies i orglet mottager.
