At studere tumor mikromiljø kan identificere prognostiske eller intelligent biomarkører for klinisk respons på immunterapi. Præsenteres her, er en nyskabende metode baseret på i situ fluorescens multispektrale imaging for at analysere og regne automatisk forskellige delpopulationer af CD8+ T celler. Denne reproducerbare og pålidelige teknik egner sig til stor kohorte analyser.
