כאן אנו מציגים שני פרוטוקולים מרביים הכינון של קרום חלבונים לתוך fusogenic proteoliposomes, פיוז'ן של proteoliposomes כזה עם היעד bilayers השומנים למסירה ללא אבקת החלבונים האלה ממברנה לתוך bilayer postfusion. השילוב של גישות אלה מאפשר הרכבה מהירה וקלה לשליטה של מערכות ממברנה רב רכיבים מורכבים.
