Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het analyseren van de samenstelling van de eiwitten van groot eiwit: eiwit en eiwit: nucleïnezuur complexen van koolzaad (B. napus) floëem afgescheiden met behulp van een 3D polyacrylamide-gel elektroforese (pagina) aanpak combineren blauw native (BN) met twee denatureren pagina's, gevolgd door massaspectrometrische identificatie.
