We presenteren een protocol om te onderzoeken het mRNA uitdrukking biomarkers voor beenvlies-afgeleide cellen (PDC's) geïnduceerd door vitamine C (vitamine C) en 1,25-dihydroxy vitamine D [1,25-(OH)2D3]. Daarnaast evalueren we het vermogen van PDC's te differentiëren in osteocytes, chondrocyten en adipocytes.
