Pseudomonas aeruginosa infectie veroorzaakt significante morbiditeit in kwetsbare hosts. De nonredundant transposon invoeging mutant bibliotheek van P. aeruginosa stam PA14, uitgeroepen tot PA14NR ingesteld, vergemakkelijkt de analyse van gene functionaliteit in tal van processen. Hier gepresenteerd is een protocol voor het genereren van hoge kwaliteit kopieën van de PA14NR ingesteld mutant bibliotheek.
