Ett protokoll presenteras för att förbereda polyvinyl alkohol-co-itaconic acid hydrogels med varierande stelhet, som var ympade med och utan oligopeptider, för att undersöka effekten av styvheten i biomaterial på differentiering och spridning av stamceller. Styvheten i hydrogels kontrollerades av crosslinking tiden.
