Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll für die Einrichtung und Kultivierung von Mensch und Maus abgeleitet 3-dimensionale (3D) Magen Organellen und die Methode für die Übertragung von 3D Organellen auf eine 2-dimensionale monomolekularen Film. Die Verwendung von Magen epithelialen Monolage als eine neuartige Kratzer-Wunde-Assay für Regeneration Studien wird ebenfalls beschrieben.
