Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het gebruik van echografie-geleide injectie van neuroblastoom (NB) en de Ewing sarcoom (ES) cellen (gevestigde cellijnen en patiënt afkomstige tumorcellen) op biologisch relevante sites maken van betrouwbare preklinische modellen voor kanker onderzoek.
