Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll, um die Prenylation und Guanosin-5'-Triphosphat (GTP) untersuchen-Laden von Rho GTPase. Dieses Protokoll besteht aus zwei detaillierte Methoden, nämlich Membran Fraktionierung und ein GTPase verbundene Immunosorbentprobe assay. Das Protokoll kann verwendet werden, zur Messung der Prenylation und GTP Laden von verschiedenen anderen kleinen GTPasen.
