Vi beskriver en protokoll for etikett-fri identifikasjon av lymfocytt subtyper kvantitative fase bildebehandling og en maskinlæring algoritme. Målinger av 3D brytningsindeks tomograms av lymfocytter presenterer 3D morfologiske og biokjemiske informasjon for enkeltceller som analyseres deretter med en apparat-innlæring algoritme for identifikasjon av celletyper.
