Menselijke navelstreng (UC) kan worden verkregen in de perinatale periode als gevolg van premature, termijn en postterm levering. In dit protocol beschrijven we de isolatie en de karakterisering van UC-afgeleide mesenchymale stamcellen (UC-MSCs) uit foetussen/zuigelingen op 19-40 weken van de dracht.
