Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het genereren van pseudotyped deeltjes in een BSL-2 omgeving waarin de proteïne van de piek van de hoogpathogene virussen Midden-Oosten respiratoir syndroom en het ernstig acuut respiratoir syndroom coronaviruses. Deze pseudotyped deeltjes bevatten een luciferase verslaggever gen waardoor kwantificering van virus host doelcellen indienststelling.
