Her presenterer vi en protokoll for å indusere og score sykdom i en xenogeneic pode-versus-host sykdom (xenoGVHD) modell. xenoGVHD gir en in vivo-modell for å studere immunsuppresjon av menneskelige T-celler. I tillegg beskriver vi hvordan du kan oppdage menneskelige T-celler i vev med digital PCR som et verktøy for å kvantifisere immunsuppresjon.
