ونحن نقترح بروتوكول يوضح كيفية التفريق بين الخلايا الكيراتينيه المستمدة من الخلايا الجذعية المستحثة pluripotent والليفية وتوليد أورجانويد جلد 3D، استخدام هذه الخلايا الكيراتينيه والليفية. ويتضمن هذا البروتوكول خطوة إضافية لتوليد نموذج فئران أنسنة. هذه التقنية المقدمة هنا سيحسن البحوث الجلد.
