Dit protocol presenteert een gestandaardiseerde methode om te groeien VX2 cellen in de cultuur en om een orthotopic VX2 model van endometriumkanker met retroperitoneale lymfeklier metastasen bij konijnen te creëren. Orthotopic endometriumkanker modellen zijn belangrijk voor de pre-klinische studie van nieuwe beeldvormings modaliteiten voor de diagnose van lymfeklier metastasen.
