Presentert her er en protokoll for den spontane generasjonen av neurospheres beriket i nevrale stamceller fra høy tetthet belagt neurons. Under samme eksperiment, når neurons er belagt med en lavere tetthet, resulterer protokollen også i forlenget primære rotte Nevron kulturer.
