Vi beskriver en ny teknisk metod för att studera fotosyntetiska reaktioner i högre anläggningar med samtidiga mätningar av klorofyll en fluorescens och blad reflektans med hjälp av en pam och en spektralradiometer för detektion av signaler från samma löv område i Arabidopsis.
