Denne metode er nyttig til at kvantificere den tidlige dynamik i cellulær vedhæftning og spredning af forankring-afhængige celler på fibronectin. Desuden kan denne analyse anvendes til at undersøge virkningerne af ændret redox homeostase på celle spredning og/eller celle vedhæftning-relaterede intracellulære signalering veje.
