In dieser Studie beschreiben wir ein detailliertes Verfahren der TNBS-vermittelten Darmfibrose, die eine vergleichbare Pathophysiologie wie Morbus Crohns Fibrose aufweist. Wir diskutieren diesen Ansatz auch im Lichte von Rapamycin erleichterthemmende Auswirkungen auf Darmfibrose.
